The service
PeopleSay is a tool for translated conversations and for saving those conversations to remember the people you meet. Translation and speech recognition rely on third-party services and won't always be perfect. Don't rely on PeopleSay for anything where a mistranslation could cause harm — for example medical, legal, financial, or emergency situations.
Your content
You keep ownership of the conversations, photos, names, and contact details you save. You are responsible for having the right to save information about other people, and for using it respectfully and lawfully. Only save someone's photo or contact details with their agreement.
Free and paid plans
- The free plan lets you keep up to about 25 saved conversations.
- A paid subscription ($2.99/month or $14.99/year) increases your storage. Prices may change; we'll give reasonable notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Acceptable use
Don't use PeopleSay to break the law, to harass anyone, or to record or store other people's information without their consent.
No warranty
PeopleSay is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Translations and transcriptions may be inaccurate, and we don't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the app means you accept the changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
